One month after the renovation and this review is long overdue. I cannot express how thrilled my family and I are with the outstanding bathroom remodeling work done by Fadi, Henry, and Shadi from MKB. From start to finish, our experience with them has been nothing short of exceptional! First and foremost, their communication was top-notch. From the initial consultation to the final walkthrough, they kept us informed every step of the way. They patiently answered all of our questions and ensured we were well-informed about the project's progress. They were able to meet our budget and suggested a few extra details like raising the bathroom ceiling which was the best decision we made on this renovation. Henry had to convince us about that, but now we are every day grateful for his professional suggestion. This level of transparency and professionalism was truly remarkable. What made our experience even more remarkable was their patience. We had a tight timeline due to our parents coming over from overseas, and we were anxious to have the bathroom ready in time for their arrival. We partnered up with Modern Kitchens and Bath to remodel the 3 bathrooms in our house. After having a negative experience with another contractor for our kitchen, we meticulously vetted every contractor that came to the house to provide us with an estimate given that we wanted everything to turn out perfectly. We had about 6-8 contractors come to the house and ultimately felt the most comfortable and impressed with Shady. He was super helpful from the start of the project, answering all of our questions and carefully explaining the process and setting expectations prior to signing the contract. After visiting the showroom to select the materials, he even ended up helping us choose the different materials for the bathroom. We were also very impressed with Henry, the project manager. He was always in constant communication with us - letting us know what had been done that day and what needed to be done the next. We had the city perform inspections throughout the project and Henry was always present and very accommodating. At the end of the project, we were incredibly impressed by the workmanship and the attention to detail. All of the staff are conscientious, friendly, respectful, and professional. MKB did an excellent job updating our kitchen counters and backsplash. From start to finish they communicated all details of the project and they were always one step ahead bringing our attention to things we would have never thought of. We had a large tub removed in our master bathroom, replaced by a beautiful walk-in shower.  The workmanship is outstanding, especially by the folks removing the tub (on the 3rd floor of our condo) who did not damage any of the existing floor, and the tile installers who were amazing artisans. I wanted to refinish my existing kitchen cabinets. My experience with Fadi and his entire team could not have been easier. Fadi helped me select the look I wanted and gave me all his designer advice.   He stayed very involved during the entire job and was always there for questions or whatever else I needed. The team was very respectful of me and my home, got the job done on schedule and was a pleasure to work with even though they did all the work.  All the little extras they did for me were very appreciated. I am 100% thrilled with my new cabinets. I would recommend Modern Kitchen & Bath very highly for your remodel needs. We recently completed an extensive kitchen renovation with Modern Kitchens and Bath and couldn’t be happier with the outcome. We had a very specific plan for the design and layout for the kitchen and they were able to execute exactly what we wanted. From the outset communication with Fadi and the team was friendly and consistent. The cost estimate was right in the middle of our other estimates and there were no surprises at the end, we came in right on budget. The team completed the project within the estimated  time frames. Their crew was on time, courteous, and cleaned up at the end of the day. Like any big renovation project there are always some hiccups along the way, but they were receptive to fixes and changes the whole way through.
