We renovated a large bedroom and found Modern Kitchens and Bath extremely easy to work with.  They responded quickly to all of our questions in a timely manner.  Once it was determined what needed to be done and the cost was agreed to, a quote was prepared and construction started right away!  Quality of workmanship was also very good - they know what they are doing!  I would recommend Fadi and his team, anytime!

Where do I begin! This company Modern Kitchens and Baths is the best home improvement company my wife Debbie and I have ever used. We had our kitchen,  dining room, and living room completely refurbished with paint, tile work, new quartz counter tops and brand new appliance installation! This company is family owned and operated and I have to tell you that the quality of work is second to none!! We have a brand new beautiful kitchen of our dreams, and thanks to Henry and his amazing, hard working, punctual, team we were able to have everything finished within 6 weeks! Absolutely stunning result in every area right down to the smallest detail! My wife Debbie and I are beyond thrilled with the price and quality of truly amazing professionals! We highly recommend Modern Kitchens and Baths to everyone! Most importantly you can sense a joy and pride that shines through their entire staff and crew! It was an amazing wonderful experience! We were doing a full 100% remodel. We received quotes from 2 other businesses and then requested one from MKB. Overall, their quote was much better, they are easier to talk with and they included many items in the quote that others didn’t. They were ALL great to work with. Fadi is knowledgeable of every step within the remodel. He assisted us with designing and color selections that included our kitchen and bathrooms. He took us to some prior clients homes that they have worked on so we could see other ideas, which was very helpful. Henry was on-site daily. He explained what his staff was working on and what would be coming up next. He is very funny and great to be around. The staff is unbelievable. They are very nice, kind and they know their stuff. They cleaned up daily and made the work area safe. They were helpful answering any questions we had or they would find out and get right back to us. The job was completed  and it is BEYOND OUR EXPECTATIONS! We have had about 10-12 potential clients that we have given tours of our home during all steps of our remodel. As a result, one of our neighbors job has been completed, one is in the process and one is waiting on a permit. We will be using them in the future and continue to tell our family and friends all about them. We chose to look into using Modern Kitchens & Baths as our general contractor based initially on previous positive reviews and their showroom's close proximity to our home. But after discussing our home remodeling thoughts and ideas with Fadi, and finding him to not only be professional and attentive to our needs, but also helpful with design suggestions, we ultimately decided to use his company.
The main scope of our work involved totally remodeling 3 bathrooms. Their sub-contractors (tilers, plumbers, painters, electricians, woodworkers, etc.) were all skilled at their trade, were always courteous and respectful of our home, and cleaned up each day after they were finished.

We selected MODERN KITCHEN & BATH to remodel our 70's kitchen, family room and bath. Fadi & Shadi provided guidance with design and selection with no upsell! The remodel was well organized and the team has mad skills with great attention to details.  Henry, Jose and the team were wonderful to work with. I didn't have a lot of time to oversee the bathrooms, kitchen, flooring and painting done to our 26 year old house, to which nothing had been done.  I choose Modern Kitchen & Bath because they have a store front near my house.  The people there turned out to be friendly and enthusiastic and we got the projects started quickly.  There was quite a bit of teardown involved, and what could have been a chaotic experience all worked out with beautiful results that exceeded my expectations, both in quality and pricing.  I ended up doing more than I originally wanted because of the good values.
